Did my first on-my-own weightlifting session at the gym yesterday. I felt so strong as I drove home! Tonight is 45 min. of cardio....so I am going to hydrate all day today to prepare.
166.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 26.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
