I walked 5 days this week over 10000 steps yet agined weight ! is it he big blowout overthe weekend?

consistency is really important when losing weight. If you overate by a lot on the weekend, it could effect your weight. It could also be your muscles retaining water from the exercise (temporary to help them heal), if you are not used to walking that much. Losing weight is about 80% nutrition, so it's important to try to stay on plan as much as possible. The exercise does help a lot though. Just get back to your plan and you will be fine.
