Saw a suggestion about Fasting 1-2 days/wk as a way to jumpstart weight loss. TRIED to fast for 24hrs dinner to dinner but it was too hard only made it to 330 pm. Weight Stayed at 213 pounds. Will workout this morning for 3rd time this week and carry on with reducing calories. Feel good but still need to find the balance. of calories and exercise for 205lbs.
