Day one on Atkins. Don't know if it's going to work. It never has before, but sometimes your metabolism changes so we'll see. If nothing else it somehow offers me a kind of structure I feel I don't get elsewhere.

Diet Calendar Entry for 23 August 2010:
1460 kcal Fat: 88.08g | Prot: 123.83g | Carb: 41.27g.   Breakfast: egg, egg whhites, butter, jarlsberg, baby spinach, cream. Lunch: Chicken Breast, red cabbage, avocado, baby spinach, cucumber, mushrooms, arugula, goat cheese, Mixed Salad Greens. Dinner: Reduced Fat Mayo with Olive Oil, sugar free relish, salmon, Stewed Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other: cream cheese, italian salami, almond milk, Atkins chocolate peanut butter bar, celery. more...
