Day one on Atkins. Don't know if it's going to work. It never has before, but sometimes your metabolism changes so we'll see. If nothing else it somehow offers me a kind of structure I feel I don't get elsewhere.

1460 kcal Fat: 88.08g | Prot: 123.83g | Carb: 41.27g.   Breakfast: cream, egg, egg whhites, butter, jarlsberg, baby spinach. Lunch: baby spinach, arugula, goat cheese, avocado, red cabbage, cucumber, mushrooms, Mixed Salad Greens, Chicken Breast. Dinner: Stewed Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), salmon, sugar free relish, Reduced Fat Mayo with Olive Oil. Snacks/Other: celery, Atkins chocolate peanut butter bar, italian salami, almond milk, cream cheese. more...
