Having a really bad week, have horrible cravings. Got to get back on track. I did get a compliment about losing weight, so it does show more than the scale is showing. Tomorrow is another day, right Scarlett?

Hi I am Kelly I am 51 and have been having a hell of a time trying to lose 20lbs due to NO metabolism....I definately have cut out milk, flour, artificial sweetners, diet pop and coffee, even sugarless gum as they stimulate my cravings, for sure. Have a look at the foods I have been consuming perhaps you need to restrict the kinds of food...I wish you luck!!!
