I am doing OK. I am likely going low carb again soon. I have lots of carb soups and things but in a few weeks I can eat them up, by month's end. My arthritis is acting up a bit today it is less than 50* and damp and cloudy, yesterday was good as I got to the gym and sauna. There is no bus down there Saturdays and Sundays. Saturday afternoon I go to church. I will likely go work out and swim on future Sundays and walk there and back, it will be a total of 3 1/2 miles round trip. I thought it was farther away but it is not. My writing is going well. I can take the bus down during the week and walk back as it is getting warmer. I can pay a van to go too and it's not too expensive - $5 round trip, reservations two days ahead of time. I can't always walk it... I lost weight well over ten years ago walking about 2 miles three times a week with nothing else - an old job. It does work, but muscle building will be faster too.

Wishing you warm weather soon so you can walk comfortable back home from the gym. In the meanwhile I am glad you have all those options.

Yes, Buffy. I have some. One problem is I don't drive. That alone deletes me from many options, like being able to go to the gym more than once a day. Many can go after work. It is like impossible for me to go on the weekend as there is no bus. I will have more options if I move to a place closer to a better bus system or to bigger city.
