Well after looking over 100 pound and being only 8 pound away from goal, I went completely off the rails for 4 months! No idea what happened or why! Even out of control though, I managed to stay off the alcohol and pizza! Gone from 34 waist back to 36 but still way shy of my starting point of 44 inch waist!
The line is drawn in the sand today, and its bang at it tomorrow before all that hard work goes to waste!
Will weigh for the first time again 14 days from tomorrow as I know I will go into crisis if I weigh at present! Its good to be back and feeling 100 % motivated. Gutted to be so far away from goal again but I did it and only I can undo it! So bring it on!!
