Looking through my Written Journal and (praise God) I've come a long way since April 2012! I started by posting Post It Notes on my garage wall, in front of my treadmill, listing my workout for the day. Then I started ViSalus in June 2012. Joined Xtreme Solutions Gym in October 2012 and now I am adding Beverly Protein to my diet AND tracking my calories!!! I am proud of myself. :-)God is good.
