My biggest challenge is that I am a sugar addict and a constant snacker. But, keeping an accurate log of the food I consume has really helped me cut back on the junk food. I've lost 4 lbs in the past two weeks, and am happy to say I've done it through eating healthier and exercising- no cleansing or fasting or supplements or crazy diets! Four pounds isn't drastic, but being that I'm over 40, I'll take it!
