a better week. Can't stop snacking though.
292.0 lb Lost so far: 49.7 lb.    Still to go: 40.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Even with snacking you are losing. Just make them healthy snacks that go along with your eating plan. Maybe your body wants smaller meals this week than large ones. Keep up the good work!
