This week I bought a new scale. It not only weighs you, it calculates your BMI, bone mass, water weight and fat weight. It's actually pretty depressing. Anyway, I followed my diet pretty well so I don't think I really gained 3 pounds. I think the difference is the new scale...hopefully.
229.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 89.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
