I been eating well and excerising but didn't lose any weight :(
190.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Are you tracking all your food? Are you drinking water (to flush out sodium)? Are you eating too many processed foods (too much sodium)? Are you getting enough lean protein, dairy, fruits and veggies (sometimes it's about "what" we eat and not just "how much")? Do you have the right caloric balance so you will lose? Are you exercising? A new exercise plan can make your muscles retain water temporarily. Go through your food journal and see if you can change some things. Good luck!
