I am pre diabetic and need to limit my net carbs to 120/day. Also I dont need to lose weight, but want to maintain my current
weightof 180bs. I exercise 3 times a week at the gym lifting weights and treadmill. I would like to lower my fasting blood sugar by about 10-15. It is currently averaging around 125.
