feeling good about getting back on track. Yes, I lost my way for a while, but with the help of my buddies, I'm finding my way back on track. I have been really lazy about recording my diet and exercise. I just went back and recorded everything I did yesterday. I feel great. I was happy to get back to zumba last night. To be honest, I'm not as excited about my Monday/Wednesday class anymore. The instructor is sweet. She means well, but she's not a very good dancer, and I kinda think that's a deal breaker when you're a zumba instructor. I tend to get frustrated when she dances off beat and forgets the steps. I've been using that as an excuse not to go, but that's kinda ridiculous. The bottom line is that I burn a lot of calories in that class, so there's no reason not to go. So, last night, I felt really proud of myself after class. I came home, had my shower, and put on my new pjs and slept really well. Most of my exercise today will be housework. So, here we go :)
