Jillian Michaels Update. I wanted to do this journal before bed last night but was so tired I forgot. I added in Jillian Michaels' Banish Fat Boost Metabolism 55 minute workout (free on youtube) yesterday evening. Literally started crying while I was doing the floor mountain climbers! My menstrual cycle started yesterday as well so I could have just been moody but all I know is I was sobbing like a little baby bc it was so HARD. I told myself to get it together and finish the workout which I did and I was very proud of myself too.
I've just gotten back into regular workouts but am upping the ante in order to see results by my birthday next month. I have now committed myself to 6 days of working out that includes the 55 min Jillian Michaels youtube vid and the 45 min Leslie Sansone 3 mile walk youtube vid. 1 hour and 45 minutes of workouts each day for 6 days a week with Sunday being my rest day. ALSO: my RDI has increased due to my increased workouts of course. I am seriously trying to get a meal plan that's affordable together quickly. It's only 9:30am and im hungry AGAIN! This was expected though so I shall feed my body in the best way possible. On a results mission! :D

Sidenote: my menstrual cycle has been super irregular for the past 7 months or so and its hard to track it with my weight loss program. So this could be the reason why I didnt see a loss at weigh in yesterday. Will see what my weight is at the conclusion of cycle to see if there's a significant change especially with the addition of major workouts and increased caloric intake. Fingers crossed that I will see some results! 58 pounds lost so far, 50 pounds left to lose! :D
