New lesson learned....diet, exercise and the energy to diet and exercise are closly related to mood, and, I am an emotional eater.

I've been doing great, first time dieting and exercising in probably over 15 years and the pounds are dropping off. I'm already back into the jeans that sent me into this fit. It hasn't even been a month and I'm seeing a change in my arms. It's amazing.

Then my birthday came along. I made it through the offers of cake and dinners out with only eating two mini cupcakes and a babycake pop. (again, not many people turn down my daughters baking :) And then the "relationship stuff" started.

Now I'm tired and I always seem hungry, I have to MAKE myself exercise and I want to hit dunkin doughnuts, starbucks, dairy queen, and taco bell all in a row!

So, lesson learned. Luckily my scale read 152 this morning and my jeans once again fit so no giving up, just push along even harder. :)

I think I'm going to try not eating after 8pm.
