I have been focusing more on my fitness for about a month and a half now and have seen some results. I want more but I know that weight loss takes time. I would really like to get my wife involved but not sure how to do it? She wants to work out but doesn't have the full motivation that I do. Any suggestions?

Honestly, until a person is ready, there is nothing you can do. You keep doing what you are doing and be a role model for her. As the weather warms, you might suggest biking, hiking, walking, etc. Fun things to do outside.

Lead by example. That is how I got my hubby to kickbox with me. I'd come home and say how much fun I had...and then over time his motivation to join me grew. Now we do classes together!
