So all day today, I drank nothing but pop. Now I am regretting it big time as I try to go to sleep and can't cuz I am so dehydrated that my throat hurts. Stomach is still full from the pizza that my man brought home for dinner (that I was too ashamed to record) that its hard to drink any water. And I thought I was bad yesterday... I REALLY messed up today!!! God I hope tomorrow I can keep control of myself :-(

I was so happy that I had hit the 200 lb mark too! I know that's history now. I think I'm gonna try to get back on my treadmill tomorrow. Trouble is that my shoulder is still so messed up that if I am on it for too long at a good speed, the vibration from the fast steps I take makes the joint start to hurt. It is beyond me how my doc that did my surgery can't seem to find the so called "significant tear" in the cartilage going into my bicep that he said the MRI showed and is still causing me a lot of pain! I guess we will just have to see how it goes.

Hey, today is a new day. Dwelling on yesterday will not change a thing. Try to walk on a more elevated level on the treadmill instead of speeding it up. It will help with the vibration. & if you got problems with your bicep, then a physio therapist might be able to help. Hope you have a got day today :)
