Today I ate more calories than I should but I don't feel disappointed because I didn't go over my calorie limit. I am trying to eat enough so I don't end up on a binge as I do every weekend because of my low calorie intake in the week. This is an experiment to see if this will prevent a weekend binge.(up to 15000 calories in 3 days: FRI,SAT,SUN). I will see how this affects my weigh in tomorrow.

I sense your nervousness. I get so scared to up my calorie count too. The last two days I've been so hungry - I don't add in extra calories for when I work out. But I think you are right, maybe I need to plan to eat those calories so I don't grab the first ice cream or cookie I happen to pass when the hunger hits.

Not everyone is the same, so you need to do what works for you. By upping your calls during the week and not binging on the weekends you will probably be eating less for the whole an you never know, you may lose even more.
