It's been a rough few weeks. Easter candy was eaten. A lot. Exercise has stalled due to injury. Having trouble fitting in sleeping.

Counting again. Limiting, planning, weighing (literally and figuratively). A month ago I set a goal that's 12 pounds and one month off. Motion in that direction will make me happy.

Currently trying the "go ahead and log it" ploy to make me eat right. If I add something not-planned, I have to take away something already logged, or something.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
