My first weigh-in since I started and stopped a diet as I knew the intervening months were going o be stressful in remodeling a place I bought and then moving in. It would be my 4th move in 6 years.
I am moved-in and now ready to start a diet and a peaceful, stress-free lifestyle with more physical activity as well.
