Feeling great, labs this morning for my Dr. Apt. Beautiful sunny day, 80* and going to stay this way all week! I really feel like staying on the program when its so nice.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 48.0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
