I am struggling with much stress, my bipolar, my ADD, my unemployed state, my day to day activities. my focus is limited, I am NOT a compass sheen each day what I need to. my wife is stressed out in that stresses me out. I miss seeing my daughter and my grandchildren. I am seeking the face of God, but each day I struggle with being consistent everyday I pray.
298.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 78.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
