Failed miserably in all my challenges last week--except the drinking water. I did great drinking my water, but I drank pop too. I also ate everything in sight. I did not want to get on the scales cause I knew it would be bad, but after going to the gym last night, I felt a little more confident this morning, and decided to take a peek. Not bad!! Only gained a pound and a half. Definitely not the 5 pounds I thought I would see. I can get this off if I work hard this week, and maybe even see a new number before the week's out! :)
172.8 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
