Omg. My mother-in-law's bday. We went to Tony Romas for dinner. So for breakfast I blended some parsley zuchinni tomatoe cilantro garlic lemon juice and heated it. Couldn't find it in foods so just claimed it as one cup raw veggies. Lunch was salad with tablespoon of ranch dressing with grilled hamburger patty, For dinner I had half St Louis rib, with green beans and baked beans with a tiny piece of cake. Keyed in and shows that I had over 76 gm net carbs. Never realized how much it would be. Calories were just over 1800 cal. Just goes to show, you can think you are being pretty good and carbs still sneak up and kick you or hang onto your butt. Rest of week is going to be only by the book..
