Still had 1 20 oz. bottle of pop wih caffine, coke zero. Started getting a headache took Tylenol. Ate 1 carrot slice, not on induction phase, oops. 2 Tb dressing, has 2 grams of sugar, so this is not allowed either. Didn't get overly hungry until I got home. Made steak. I have trouble taking pills so calcium trying to find the chewable kind. Need to find a good salad dressing.
215.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 65.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
