So, my screen is flashing the red "weigh in now!" but I don't want to yet. Last week was awful in the diet department. I'm blaming it on TOM, and hoping that's all it was. I was eating everything! I don't think it helped any to have TOM fall the week after Easter when my house was full of candy, and my kids weren't eating it quick enough, lol! I also skipped the gym all last week. I was just tired and couldn't talk myself into it.
However, I'm back on track today. I'm tracking everything again and actually being conscientious of what I'm eating rather than just watching it all go in. I'm going to the gym tonight, and then back in the morning. I'm hoping going twice a day for the next couple of days will undo last week's damage. Then I can go back to my regular workout routine. I plan to wait a couple more days before I weigh-in. I'm sure it will still be up, but it won't be as bad, hopefully!!
Anyway, I have been reading everyone's journals while I've been off the wagon and sounds like everyone's making progress, yay, go FS buddies! Hope ya'll do great!

Holli, I know TOM is HARD, especially around food-centric holidays, but just hang in there! Sounds like you're heading back in the right direction. However, I might recommend going ahead and recording a weigh in. It will better help you on your journey to know where you're bouncing back from, and help you to make the necessary adjustments (if any) to get you back to where you were and quickly! Good luck! We ALL have "throw in the towel" days. Trick is to not let it take the towel away from you completely. Hugs!

I hear you! I haven't weighed in for a while and I need to, but I don't even want to know. I am planning to do a weigh-in on Wednesday in hopes maybe after a couple of days of exercise this week the number won't be so bad. At least now you're getting back to it and not giving up! Good luck!!
