Well...yesterday was just one of those bad eating days. After feeling so depleted and nauseous on Sat...(cannot do 5 hour energy on empty stomach)..I wanted a big fat juicy hamburger for lunch. So I ate it and enjoyed every bite. +fries and sips of a strawberry milkshake. My weekends I seem to get cravings for greasy, fatty food. But today begins a new week of eating clean :)

Diet Calendar Entry for 08 April 2013:
