Well I splurged a little everyday this week it seemed and only worked out twice!! I am officially getting back on bored with diet and workout!! Even with a bad week diet and exercise wise I did really good at weigh in. Hopefully getting back to my normal healthy habits will continue the amazing weight loss. My most difficult obsticle will be resisting chocolate! I gave it up for lint and can now have it. I am hoping that by getting 100 calorie pack with a little chocolate in them will help curb my cravings!!
