I started my Atkins journey on 4/1/13. Nearly 12years ago, I began Somersizing, and in the years between then and now, I've tried each new fad diet/food/supplement, hoping to find the "answer" to losing weight. I was so close to the Atkins way of eating 12years ago, but not quite ready for what seemed to be "extreme". I'm there now though, and hoping to get back to my young adult weight.
In the week since starting Atkins, I've yo-yoed up and down with the same couple of pounds. I am in moderate ketosis. I've also realized that I need to increase my salad/veggies, journal everything that goes in my mouth to not exceed my 20grams of daily carbs.
166.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
