So as my weigh in shows, I have a hard time with portion control. Also, I am a nibbler. on the long drives and boring times I nibble on anything, but mostly salty/crunchy. My work outs have not been able to compensate, so, now I Have to get portion control working.

That is why I do the Atkins diet because I can eat until I am full. During this induction period of a lot of protein, I feel full all the time now. Start your day off with lots of protein and drink lots of water! I love munching on radishes and celery.
