this morning's run - don't know the miles but with the pedometer it recorded 4800
weighed myself and I weigh the same :(
well for now I am going to continue with 1500 to 1800 calories a day and lots of veggies and water
breakfast was a salad; lettuce, jicama, green peppers,celery and a little bit of ranch
2 slices of bacon and 1 slice of turkey breast
1 MIM and coffee
yes I ate a lot but I was so discouraged by my weigh in, but looking forward to the weekend and staying on track!
