I keep losing a couple pounds, then gaining them back again . . I am an emotional eater. Reading "Keep It Off" which involves self hypnosis, but nothing too deep, just normal "daydreaming" type hypnosis. Also read Weight Lose For People Who Feel Too Much, i.e., letting others emotions or moods affect my emotion or mood. Basically, sounds like I am a MESS!??! Okay, today I am starting a JOURNEY!
