Losing a pound after slacking off really bad last week and doing what i want but it moderation this week is awesome. There's been some major changes in this house, and I think at this point that is helping more than calorie counting. The husband and I have been doing major spring cleaning, throwing all sorts of old stuff out and moving new stuff in. We've also been cooking at home way more. The best part is we are going to Cape Cod at the end of the month, and we haven't had a vacation in years. Big changes, but its made me feel great and apparently my body is responding to it as well.
258.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 98.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
