I *love* the days I get to hit the delete button twice when I'm updating my weight.
I'm glad I went down another pound today, I had a pretty good workout yesterday and I think that's what I need to start doing more to help me get through this stall, but ultimately I don't mind working out - it helps me train for tris and I enjoy the sweaty satisfaction of a good workout.
