I AM FINALLY UNDER 200LBS FOR THE FIRST TIME IN A YEAR........YES...FIRST GOAL DOWN...have an amazing day friends
197.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 37.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
