肚子很餓,本來想應該會瘦的,但是雖然少吃,但熱量卻很高,所以體重還是重了!
128.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet hting's own diet   gaining 2.1 lb a week
