Ow. Ow. ow ow. Darn it! Weight is up. It is the second day after the high carb day. Yesterday I did terrible though, as far as calories go. I feel like I wiped out a week's worth of effort. Today I'll do better. Hopefully it's just water, or even better, some muscle( I can't believe it's that much though) time will tell.
Well I'll have to count the good stuff. Weights at the gym! Wow. I can't believe I can do that much. It amazes me, that's me doing that! I have to make myself get up and get there, once I'm there I'm great.
I measured my waist and it was down another 1/2 inch. I think it's down 3 inches, but that's subjective. Is the tape measure in the same place?
I'm going to do this, I know that, I have to take care of myself.
