a week in the UK eating pies and pasties, drinking nuch missed tepid beer aswell as another week without completing my food diary. Little surprise my weight has gone up nearly a kilo. Need to hit the gym this week and take control of my eating habits.
190.5 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
