I've had a great day so far. I had a spinach omlette w/cantaloupe wedge for b-fast. I'm having a smoothie for lunch,and warm quinoa salad for dinner. I will have cantaloupe for a snack. I've already worked out, but may add more cardio later tonight. Losing slow and steady which is what I want.
