Coffee
Ojibwa Tea
Plenty of water (1 1/2 - 2 smart water bottles)

Breakfast
-Apple & banana
-Overnight Oat bran chia seed and almond milk cereal

Lunch/Dinner
-Large salad with everything in it (spinach, mushroom, carrots, butternut squash, onion, red pepper, green pepper, tomatoes, asparagus, & cucumber) dressing soy sauce and garlic (small amount of dried edamame)
-salmon (both regular in salad & small portion smoked)
-baby carrots
-tbsp avocado
