I can do 5 push-ups, haha.

I did 5 more after supper for a total of 10.

Thank you for the compliment. 10 is more than most people do everyday. I want to get the push up bars so I can start doing them more often. Hurts my hands.

They are tough especially for women with less upper body strength than most men. Have you tried the plank? It's a little easier than push-ups but works the core more than the chest and arms I guess.
