SO I WORKED OUT ON THE STATIONARY BIKE FOR 30 MINUTES THIS MORNING. WEIGHED MYSELF THIS MORNING AND IT'S STILL THE SAME WEIGHT FROM YESTERDAY. NEEDLESS TO SAY I AM NOT AMUSED. LOL! I GUESS I AM KIDDING MYSELF WHEN I ATE A FEW GRAINS OF RICE AND FOUR HOT WINGS FROM KFC. I WAS CRAVING THEM AND HUNGRY. HAD A HUGE SALAD FOR LUNCH. I GUESS I'M JUST GLAD I DIDN'T GAIN. OH HA HA! I GOT ON THE SCALE AND IT SAID 227 AND I WAS LIKE THERE IS NO WAY IN HELL A FEW GRAINS OF RICE AND FOUR BATTERED PIECES OF HOT WINGS ARE GOING TO UP MY WEIGHT LIKE THAT. SO I TAKE MY JEANS OFF AND WALAH! SAME WEIGHT. THOSE DAMN JEANS! THE KICKER IS I WAS AT WORK BUT IN THE LOCKED STORAGE ROOM THANK GOODNESS!
225.8 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 65.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Isn't that frustrating!?!?! GAH I've had a week like this, it keeps inching up and up, my clothes are not tight, nothing else has changed, but my weight keeps going up, and I went over my calories ONE TIME! LOL@ you in the locked storage room without your jeans! Sounds like something I'd do, but I'd probably get caught!

I READ YOUR JOURNAL AND I USUALLY CANNOT LOSE DURING MY CYCLE WHICH JUST STARTED SO THAT'S PROBABLY ONE OF THE REASONS. OR MAYBE YOUR BODY JUST HIT A PLATEAU THIS WEEK AND IS LOOKING FOR A JUMPSTART. TRY SOMETHING DIFFERENT. EAT SOMETHING DIFFERENT. DO SOMETHING OUT OF THE ORDINARY PROBABLY WITH THE KIDS. MY SON AND I DO WATERBALLOON FIGHTS OR WATERGUNS AFTER SCHOOL. I AM A PINTEREST ADDICT. OR WE DO LASER TAG JUST MAYBE YOUR BODY IS TRYING TO TELL YOU HE WANTS SOME FUN.

It's only been a couple of days, and you have had some "poorly" eating days in there. Tomorrow you may wake up with a 3 pound loss. With any diet you will have weeks of losing, staying the same and gains. It happens to all of us. Just stick with it and the scale will move again. Progress not perfection.
