Okay my fellow blood type dieting friends. Today we start. I am O negative. I have found a list of stuff I can and cannot eat. Coffe-oh how I will miss thee. I have replaced with Peach green tea. This is hard as I have never been a tea drinker. And bread-I will look today to see if I can find some flour and recipes I am allowwed to have. And lastly not many dairy products I can have. I am willing to give it a try.

I wish you luck. It sounds hard to give up favorites like coffee. Hope it works for you.

Well it's Sunday-and this is harder than I thought. I was quite good Friday but then I was at my daughter's house, forgot my tea and had coffee. Then she bought me a subway sandwich for lunch. I tried with dinner but Mayonnaisse may not be give upable. Anyway, I will keep trying. Focusing on what you eat helps you to loose. Then today after a quick (3 hour) trip to the ER with hubby for a bad cut on his leg, we stopped at the local cafe for lunch. Can't say I stayed on the diet.
