Last nights workout was minimal. 35 min cardio.. 2.75 mi. But it was so hot, I didn't want to over do it! I wanted to work out today too, but I am donating blood later, so I don't think you are supposed to for like 6 or 8 hours. My weight is steady again and I'm not sure why. It could be cycle, but it's early so it may not be. My calories and carbs have been pretty consistently low, I wonder if I need a weekend off again. But I wanted to lose 6 more LBS before my Vegas vacation a week from tomorrow. hey... 1 pint of blood is a pound, huh??? LOL We'll see how I feel later to decide if I'm doing a workout tonight!


update.... apparently my hemoglobin is too low to donate. Good news is I get to work out tonight. Bad news, I'm bordering anemic. Hmmmmm.
