Wow! Entered food into this site yesterday after Baylor at Atkins said to - and it works. It's kinda cool to see the pie chart at the bottom showing how much fat versus protein versus carbs is....and even cooler to tweak it by eating more (or less) of something. Like last nite we had a few carbs left so was gonna make a dessert, but saw we needed more veggies (thanks to Baylor, am putting all veggies in the "snack" section to track easily) so had salami slices and cuke slices w/Ranch. And still just as tasty (almost - LOL). Anyway - happy to see 2.2 lbs gone this morning.
