Day two not to bad tried to drink 36 oz of water yesterday got to 32 oz and felt sick today i will try for 5 glasses of 8 oz water. Cross my fingers can counting cal. is not to bad I get up to 1700 I went over yesterday but not much and it was my first day and I did not have to try to hard. Lets see how today go's.
