Beginning the 8 Hour Diet. Doing Boot Camp. Started meditation and mindfulness on Tuesday for 8 weeks, so the 8 Hour diet, along with the Powerful foods goes along with m & m. Still waiting to get out and garden. Not warm enough yet.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
