Hello again... I have been away for some time and I decided that I need to continue my diet. I feel as though it is important for me to be healthy and strong. I need to be a healthy roll model for the students I work with; eating healthy will do that. Although I am happy with my body I want to be fit and I want my pants to fit better. I don't want to be skin and bones, I just want to be myself.
