So I think I've decided how to go ahead once I've hit my current target of 16st (224lb) I'm going to carry on to 15st (210lb) then I'm going to try and maintain for a few months at between 15 and 16st.

I think its a spiffing idea. It will give you a chance to stabalise and get used to a way of living. Then you can shock it into submission when you start again :) I read somewhere that the body remembers what weight it has been and might be a reason why yoyo dieting happens. If you get your body to remember the new weight rather than the old one then it would give an added fighting chance when you start again? ??? ? :)

TBH Jonny I am just sick and tired of constantly calorie counting. EVERYTHING!!! Though, I have to admit, I expected to get to this point a lot earlier than I have. This plan lets me take a bit of a break (not completely, just not be as rigorous) for a bit. Then I can come back to it and push down a bit further.
